What data we collect and why

Contact form — when you fill in the form on our website, we collect: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. The data is processed to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Server logs — the server automatically records the IP address, date and time of the visit and the page viewed. This data is used solely for technical and security purposes.

How long we keep the data

We keep contact-form data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and, afterwards, until the limitation period for any claims expires (a maximum of 3 years).

Who we share the data with

Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be passed to providers of technical services on our behalf (hosting, e-mail), who are bound by confidentiality.

Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl). To exercise your rights, write to: biuro@t-q-m.eu.
